All services are provided subject to agreed proposals, quotations, or contracts.

3. Engagement and Agreements

All services are subject to:

A written proposal or quotation
Agreed scope of services and pricing
Confirmed travel or event requirements
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific agreement, the agreement shall prevail.

4. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with Wiktrips, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete travel or event information
  • Ensure traveller details (including names and documentation) are correct
  • Respond promptly to approvals and confirmations
    Comply with all
  • applicable travel, visa, and regulatory requirements

5. Bookings and Third-Party Providers

Wiktrips may arrange bookings with third-party providers, including airlines, hotels, venues, and transport providers.

  • These providers operate independently
  • Their own terms and conditions will apply
  • Wiktrips is not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of third-party providers

6. Pricing and Payment

  • All fees and costs will be outlined in proposals or quotations
  • Payment terms must be followed as agreed
  • Bookings may require advance payment or deposits
  • Late payments may result in delays, cancellation, or suspension of services

Prices may be subject to change due to supplier costs, availability, or external factors.

7. Changes and Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations may:

    • Be subject to supplier terms and conditions
    • Incur additional fees or penalties
    • Affect availability and pricing

    Wiktrips will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee changes once bookings are confirmed.

8. Service Delivery

  • Wiktrips will provide services with reasonable skill and care.

    However:

    • Travel and event services are dependent on third-party providers
    • External factors (e.g. delays, cancellations, disruptions) may impact delivery

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Services are provided on an “as is” basis. Wiktrips does not guarantee:

    • Availability of travel or venues
    • Uninterrupted or error-free travel arrangements
    • Specific outcomes for events

    To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    Wiktrips shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
    This includes loss of business, delays, cancellations, or travel disruptions
    Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service.

11. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wiktrips and Wikcom Ltd from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

    Your use of our services
    Incorrect information provided by you
    Third-party actions or services

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public or sensitive information shared during engagement.

13. Force Majeure

Wiktrips shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including the following:

  • Natural disasters
  • Travel disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Supplier failures
  • Strikes or unforeseen events

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payment obligations are not met
  • There is a breach of these terms.
  • Continued engagement becomes impractical
  • Outstanding payments remain payable upon termination.

15. Intellectual Property

All materials, proposals, and content provided by Wiktrips remain the intellectual property of Wiktrips or its licensors unless otherwise agreed.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
